zerosum

We build small, sharp tools for the places where spreadsheets run out of room.

01Time-series forecasting

Upload a CSV. Get a horizon you can defend.

Load a dataset once, then move through training, forecasting, classification and artifact reuse without leaving the browser. ARIMA, ETS, SARIMAX and naive baselines out of the box, with Chronos and TimesFM zero-shot on paid plans.

Every model is wrong. The useful ones know how wrong.

What it does

  • Baseline first — every model is scored against naive
  • Holdout metrics before you save anything
  • Saved artifacts re-run without retraining
  • Threshold classifiers on top of any forecast
  • CSV, Excel, parquet, SQL and pickle in
02Supplier invoice intelligence

Upload the invoice. Approve the reading. It is booked.

A PDF or a photo goes in. The system reads it, normalizes it against your own catalog, proposes an accounting code for every line, and waits. Once a person approves, it lands in your accounting system as a draft invoice with the original attached.

No invoice, supplier, product or accounting code is ever created without human confirmation. The system proposes. A person approves.

What it does

  • Hybrid text and vision extraction, with corrective retry
  • Deduplication by SHA-256 at ingest
  • Exact, fuzzy and embedding matching cascade
  • Accounting codes validated against a closed chart
  • Three-step approval wizard before anything is written

Running in production against real invoices for a working business. Multi-tenant onboarding is being built now, so access is by demo.

03The whole business, wired

Invoice AI, connected to everything else.

Ledger takes the invoice reader and wires it into the rest of the operation: your accounting system, your sales and point-of-sale feed, and a dashboard that shows what actually happened. Then it turns those numbers into a plan you can run the business on.

What it does

  • Accounting system integration, set up for you
  • Sales and point-of-sale data wired into the same ledger
  • A results dashboard — margin, cost and cash over time
  • Full business planning, built on your own numbers

Invoice AI is the engine. Ledger is the engine, installed.

How they fit

Bought separately. Better together.

Each one is a product on its own. Ledger is what happens when the invoice reader stops being a standalone tool and starts being the accounting layer of the whole business.

  1. Forecast

    What is coming

  2. Invoice AI

    What came in

  3. Ledger

    All of it, wired

Invoice AI and Ledger share a color family because they share an engine.
